What Do They Do?
Probiotics help move food through your gut. Researchers are still trying to figure out which are best for certain health problems. Some common conditions they treat are:

Irritable bowel syndrome
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Infectious diarrhea (caused by viruses, bacteria, or parasites)
Antibiotic-related diarrhea
There is also some research to show they help with problems in other parts of your body. For example, some people say they have helped with:

Skin conditions, like eczema
Urinary and vaginal health
Preventing allergies and colds
Oral health

These are the probiotics I personally take and prefer.  I love @renewlifecanada probiotics ?  Take them daily. When you choose a probiotic, make sure it’s in the billions. Take as suggested on the bottle. Make sure you don’t over do the dosing. Remember, this is good yeast & bacteria you’re putting into your body.  You don’t want your gut thinking it’s being invaded and allow it to over populate and cause yeast infection, etc?  Anyhow, I was at @vitaminshoppe yesterday picking up supplements? and I saw this sale.  They’re usually about $25-30 so if you can catch a sale like this, stock up. Remember, 80% of your immune system is in your gut☝?  Feed it clean food, and good immune system boosting supplements.  This brand has vegan capsules as well.
